Harlesden

Harlesden is a popular lively multicultural area famous for its Caribbean Culture and unofficially named as London’s reggae capital due to its contributions to the music industry. The town centre contains a vast selection of multicultural independent businesses and some historic established businesses such as the McVitie's biscuit factory that has been operating since 1902. 

Harlesden has many roads of beautiful Victorian Terrace houses with high pitched roofs, decorative red brickwork and large bay windows. There are also a variety of historical landmarks such as the Jubilee Clock Tower, All Souls Parish Church and the Royal Oak Pub. 

Harlesden offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with its scenic canal, multiple green spaces, and the well known Roundwood Park. This park features amenities such as a playground, aviary, flower garden, outdoor gym, and a charming café, providing a delightful retreat amidst nature.

In terms of transport, Harlesden station is a Network Rail station served by London Overground and London Underground Bakerloo line trains.There are also several bus routes that go through Harlesden.
