Kilburn is a lively area within Northwest London that is attracting new property owners due to its close proximity to more affluent areas such as Hampstead and Queens Park. North Kilburn falls within the Mapesbury Conservation Area, which contains Edwardian semis and semi-detached houses. You can also visit the famous Abbey Road and Studios in North Kilburn, with just a 13-minute walk from Kilburn Park Station. Kilburn also has an excellent Comedy Club on Kilburn High Road.
Kilburn is very well connected, you will find two train stations on the high road: Kilburn Park underground station on the Bakerloo Line and Kilburn High Road overground station. Both provide easy access to central London and outer London suburbs.
