Kilburn

Kilburn is a lively area within Northwest London that is attracting new property owners due to its close proximity to more affluent areas such as Hampstead and Queens Park. North Kilburn falls within the Mapesbury Conservation Area, which contains Edwardian semis and semi-detached houses. The tree lined streets of Kilburn contain beautiful Victorian two to four story terrace houses, with some converted to flats.

Kilburn hosts a multicultural community with a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and traditional pubs. Kilburn is well known for its artists and entertainment with the award winning Kiln Theatre, the Kilburn Festival and included in the Borough of Brent’s 2020 Borough of Culture. You can also visit the famous Abbey Road and Studios in North Kilburn, with just a 13-minute walk from Kilburn Park Station. Kilburn also has an excellent Comedy Club on Kilburn High Road.

Kilburn is very well connected, you will find two train stations on the high road: Kilburn Park underground station on the Bakerloo Line and Kilburn High Road overground station. Both provide easy access to central London and outer London suburbs.

In addition, there are also a variety of schools to choose from, ranging from preschool to secondary within and surrounding the area.
